We will stay at Quality Hotel The Weaver in Mölndal, where you will be assigned a shared room. The meals and most activities will also take place there.

Since we will be staying at a hotel with rooms of two or four people in each the registration will include the possibility to add names of up to three friends you wish to share rooms with. Everyone in the same room will of course have to be of the same gender. We cannot guarantee that we can divide the rooms exactly according to each person’s wishes but will do our best!

Clothes for dances, sports, the gala and other acitivities you want to participate in. No need for an air mattress! The hotel will also have towels, a hair dryer, iron/ironing board and basic toiletries. Don’t forget your medications, including those for allergies taken as needed. It's also recommended to bring a water bottle.

There is a multi-story car park behind the hotel but it’s pricy and you can only stay 24 hours at a time. A ten minute walk from the hotel there is a cheaper car park that also allows long term parking.

500 tickets. March 1 registration will open for Nordic and Baltic countries. On March 26 it will open for other countries with 150 tickets.

If you can see your name on the registration list then you are registered. An additional confirmation email will be sent later (April 16) together with the code of conduct.

The regular price to attend is 3650 SEK and the early bird price is 3050 SEK (March 1-25). The price includes accommodation, food and activities.

Registration is non-reimbursable, excluding sickness (with a doctors certificate) and other force majeure (including pandemics). But then you will be reimbursed for the price of the ticket excluding Stripe's payment fee.

Yes, you can sell your ticket to someone else (preferably from the Nordic/Baltic countries) until July 18th. You can for example sell it through the Facebook group "Festinord tickets (buying/selling)". When you have found someone interested in your ticket send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Both buyer and seller should be included in the email to avoid misunderstandings or fraud. The person buying your ticket needs to give us the following information: name, email, birthdate, gender, country, stake, allergies, and that they will bring their code of conduct.

Do not transfer any money until you have received confirmation from us.

No, we will not have a waiting list this year. See previous question for more details where you can buy or sell tickets, and check out the Facebook group "Festinord tickets (buying/selling)".

We need to see your ticket (QR code in Whova), ID and a copy of your signed Code of Conduct (digital is fine). If we notice that you don't meet the criterias for the event – such as age, Code of Conduct or ticket (including if you wrongfully bought a ticket for the Nordic/Baltic countries) – then you will be denied attendance without reimbursement.

The Code of Conduct is the set of standards we expect all attendants to follow during Festinord. It will be attached to your confirmation email when you register. Talk to your bishop and have him sign it, then bring the signed copy to Festinord in either digital or printed form.

Festinord is a Young Single Adult (YSA) conference. You need to be 18-30 years of age. You are not allowed to participate if you are 31 or older when Festinord starts or if you are still 17 by the last day of Festinord.

If you are outside the age limits and this is discovered at Festinord, your registration will be declined, and no money will be reimbursed for you. We will be monitoring the registrations.

If you're attending Festinord from outside the EU, please ensure you have your own health insurance coverage.
