Yes. Free parking is available in front of the hotel.

Yes. Free drinking water is available. Tap water in Finland is safe and of high quality.
In case of an emergency, please contact event staff immediately. Medical assistance is available on site 24/7, including access to a nurse or a doctor and first aid services. A university hospital in Tampere is located within approximately one hour by car if further treatment is required

Participants will stay in hotel rooms shared by 3 to 6 people. Each room includes a private toilet and shower.
Yes. During registration, you can indicate your preferred roommate(s), and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We cannot guarantee that all preferences can be fulfilled.
Weather in Finland in late July can vary significantly. Temperatures may reach around 30°C during warm periods, but it can also be cool and rainy, with temperatures around 10°C. Participants are advised to be prepared for changing weather conditions.
