Tickets Sold Out 

All tickets for Festinord 2026 have now been sold oout. The waiting list currently contains more than 190 participants from around the world.

If you are travelling from outside Europe, we do not recommend joining the waiting list at this stage, as the chances of receiving a place are very limited.

Please note that June 28th is the final date for cancellations. After this date, no additional places will become available, as final participant numbers and room assignments must be confirmed with the hotel.

Registration for Festinord 2026 will open on 6 March 2026. Tickets are sold through Eventbrite.

Registration Phase 1 – Nordics and Baltics

Available from 6 March 2026

During this phase, the Early Bird Ticket is available for €280 until 26 March 2026.

Registration Phase 2 – Rest of Europe

Available from 27 March 2026

From this date onward, the Standard Ticket is available at 330.

Registration Phase 3 – Global tickets

Available from 6 April 2026

The ticket price is 330.

What Is Included in the Ticket Price?

The ticket price includes hotel accommodation, all program activities, breakfast, lunch, and dinner throughout the event. It also covers shared bus transportation from Tampere railway station to Ikaalinen Spa on Tuesday, and a return bus transfer from Ikaalinen Spa to Tampere railway station on Saturday. Free outdoor parking at the hotel is available for guests arriving by car. Parking in the parking garage is available for an additional fee.

Flights and other personal travel expenses are not included.

In summary, the ticket covers accommodation, meals, program participation, and local transportation during the event, so participants can focus on enjoying the experience without additional arrangements on site.

 

Refund policy

Ticket Cancellation and Waiting List Policy

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.

As a courtesy to participants, the organizers may, at their sole discretion, facilitate the reassignment of a ticket to a person on the official waiting list and provide a refund to the original ticket holder. This service is not guaranteed and is only available until June 28, 2026.

If you are unable to attend, you must contact the organizers at festinord2026@gmail.com. If there is an eligible person on the official waiting list and the reassignment can be completed before the deadline, the organizers may arrange the transfer through the Eventbrite event management system.

June 28, 2026 is the final date for all cancellation requests, ticket reassignments, and possible refunds.

After June 28, 2026, no cancellations, refunds, transfers, or ticket reassignments will be permitted, including through the waiting list. This is because final participant numbers, room allocations, and accommodation arrangements must be confirmed with the hotel. The organizers become financially responsible for all reserved places based on the participant list submitted to the hotel.

Tickets may not be resold privately or transferred outside the official waiting list process at any time. 

Unauthorized transfers may result in refusal of admission to the event.

Room assignments are organized by the event organizers and include gender-specific accommodations. 

For this reason, unofficial ticket transfers cannot be accommodated.

How should staff members, invited speakers, drivers, technical support, personal assistants, and other supporting personnel register?

A dedicated registration category has been created in Eventbrite for Festinord staff and invited speakers.

This applies to all staff roles, including drivers, technical support, personal assistants, and other supporting personnel. 

Anyone who requires accommodation must register through this section and select the night or nights they will be present.

Hotel rooms are limited, and registration is required to secure accommodation.

We also have a few premium hotel accommodations available. These are not listed for sale on Eventbrite, so anyone interested will need to contact us directly.

Code of conduct

As a participant of Festinord 2026, you accept to follow the standards of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, as well as the instructions from the conference organizers. 

Our common code of conduct is:

  • I will observe/obey The Word of Wisdom
  • I will keep the law of chastity
  • I will use clean and respectful language
  • I will follow the Church standards in my behaviour and dancing
  • I will display friendship and sportsmanship
  • I will pay attention to the organisers´ instructions
  • I understand that the breaking of rules and/or instructions may result in the suspension of my participation
