It will take place in Finland at the Ikaalinen Spa in Central Finland. See more information about the location and how to get there from "Location" and "Logistics" sections on our website.
Registration for Festinord 2026 will open in three phases.
On 6 March, registration opens for participants from the Nordics and Baltics. During this phase, the Early Bird Ticket is available at 280 EUR until 26 March.
On 27 March, registration opens for the rest of Europe. From this date onward, the Standard Ticket is available at 330 EUR.
On 6 April, registration opens globally.
The ticket price includes hotel accommodation, all program activities, breakfast, lunch, and dinner throughout the event. It also covers shared bus transportation from Tampere railway station to Ikaalinen Spa on Tuesday, and a return bus transfer from Ikaalinen Spa to Tampere railway station on Saturday. Free outdoor parking at the hotel is available for guests arriving by car. Parking in the parking garage is available for an additional fee.
Flights and other personal travel expenses are not included.
In summary, the ticket covers accommodation, meals, program participation, and local transportation during the event, so participants can focus on enjoying the experience without additional arrangements on site.
Please note that tickets may be cancelled no later than 21 June. After this date, cancellations are no longer possible due to confirmed hotel commitments and finalized room allocations.
If the event is sold out, we will operate a waiting list. Cancelled tickets received before 21 June may be reallocated to participants on the waiting list.
Registration and hotel check-in starts at 2:00 PM (14:00) and takes place in the hotel lobby.
A dedicated registration category has been created in Eventbrite for Festinord staff and invited speakers.
This applies to all staff roles, including drivers, technical support, personal assistants, and other supporting personnel. Anyone who requires accommodation must register through this section and select the night or nights they will be present.
Hotel rooms are limited, and registration is required to secure accommodation.

Yes. Free parking is available in front of the hotel. Parking in the garage costs €10 per day.
Parking facilities include electric vehicle charging points.
Charging will stop automatically once the battery is fully charged.
In addition, there are five charging spaces located in front of the main building, marked in green. The fast charger has a maximum charging power of 60 kW.

Yes. Special dietary options are available, including vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, and dairy-free meals.
Yes. Free drinking water is available. Tap water in Finland is safe and of high quality.
In case of an emergency, please contact event staff immediately. Medical assistance is available on site 24/7, including access to a nurse or a doctor and first aid services. A university hospital in Tampere is located within approximately one hour by car if further treatment is required
Participants will be accommodated in spa hotel rooms located across several buildings within the resort area. Accommodation is provided in the Main Building as well as in the Terme and Loft buildings, which are situated approximately 300 metres from the main building. Participants will stay in hotel rooms shared by 3 to 6 people. Each room includes a private toilet and shower. See the site map for building locations.
Yes. During registration, you can indicate your preferred roommate(s), and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We cannot guarantee that all preferences can be fulfilled.

Participant information is collected through Eventbrite solely for the purpose of managing event registration, accommodation arrangements, and essential event communication. The data collected may include name, contact details, age, country of residence, and dietary or accommodation preferences.
Personal data is accessed only by authorized members of the organizing team and is shared with the hotel or venue strictly when necessary for accommodation and catering arrangements. We do not use participant data for unrelated purposes.
The Festinord website does not collect personal data unless voluntarily submitted through a contact form or registration link. Any such data is handled securely and used only for the intended purpose.

Yes. Ikaalinen Spa & Resort offers accessible facilities, including step-free access and accessible routes between the main hotel and spa areas. Accessible restroom facilities are available, and designated accessible parking spaces are located near the entrance.
We aim to include accessible activities within the Festinord program. However, please note that not all program elements may be fully accessible due to the nature of certain activities and venue areas.
Participants with specific accessibility needs are encouraged to inform the organizers in advance so that we can provide appropriate guidance and support.
Weather in Finland in late July can vary significantly. Temperatures may reach around 30°C during warm periods, but it can also be cool and rainy, with temperatures around 10°C. Participants are advised to be prepared for changing weather conditions.
